Return And Cancellation Policy

We at Tanay Enterprises thoroughly check the quality of our products and packing before shipping them to our customers.

All food products are non-returnable.

Returns after the Dispatch of Products will not be entertained. In case the Product is found to have damage in packaging after delivery of the same and the wrong product is shipped, the user can request for return of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product through an e-commerce website. Alternatively, please mail us at  tanayentfbg@gmail.com  mentioning your Order ID. We will attend to your complaint and provide an appropriate solution for the same. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

If in case if a refund is to be made, then we shall refund the amount after the deduction of the charges (if applicable) to the customer’s bank account. In that case, the customer is required to mail us the details like the Bank Account number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code along with the order ID. The refund shall be made to the customer’s bank account within 45 working days.
